FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

A. General conditions
We’ve got fixed prices. They won’t be revised with the exchange rate.
These prices are "all in" prices. Transport is not included, except for the U.S.A.
We organise transport for foreign countries.
Ask your national health service or employer for information regarding a financial intervention.

B. Prices for the different journeys
1. Ski stays € 120
2. England € 110
3. Netherlands-Friesland € 75

For the stays in Belgium, we ask the parents to take their child to the holiday centre.
For the ski stays and Friesland: departure Brussels and Kortrijk.
For all the other stays abroad: departure from Kortrijk and return in Kortrijk.
N.B. For all the stays, you’ve got the possibility to meet the person in charge in Kortrijk.

A. Registration formalities

B. Some practical points
1. Medical care: we’ve got a medical box and we have a doctor on call.
2. Insurance: public liability is covered by our insurance, following the intervention of your family insurance.
- Maximum amount ensured by accident: €1.239.467,62
- Property damages: €123.946,76
- Pay attention: we are not insured against theft, or loss of belongings.
3. Medical fees: after the intervention of the health insurance, the company pays the remaining fees to the amount of 1239.47 € for an accident abroad. In Belgium 3718.40€, there is 125 € excess.
4. Transport: we can’t be held responsible for any delays, beyond our control.

IMPORTANT

For language and sports stays and the U.S.A., we have also subscribed a Europe assistance (excess 37.18€). Interventions are defined by this company.

CANCELLATION

A. In the event of cancellation on our part
We’ll propose another stay with your agreement or the total sum will be refunded.

B. In the event of cancellation on your part
We’ll refund refund the sum, less 50 €
a) The sum of 50 € (for the USA: €125) becomes 150 € (for California: €1000) if the cancellation takes place 8 days before the course stay. We can’t refund if you cancel the day before the departure.
b) All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
